Gluten free Chocolate Brownie.

Yields1 Serving
 325 g unsalted butter
 1 kg sugar
 600 g Chocolate drops
 10 qts whole eggs
 75 g almond powder

in a medium pot put the Butter, sugar and chocolate drops, whisk while heating until ingredients emulsify together. Set mixture aside to cool for 30 minutes, add almond powder and beaten eggs.
Line 2 shaving dishes with baking paper and pour mixture in two trays. Bake for 50 minutes at 170®C.
