The restaurant décor outlines an 18th century Baroque design ideal for a relaxing time with family and friends. One can also dine al fresco with a majestic view of the Grand Harbour enjoying a long cocktail build by professional bar tenders or a good local wine from a vast selection of wines.

No matter what you feel like eating, you are sure to find something suitable for you. Our menu ranges from traditional foods to mouthwatering dishes created in a fusion cooking.  Traditional Maltese mezze, ftira pizza and the authentic rabbit stew which recipe was inherited from generation to generation promote Maltese food culture. While the pasta section offers inspiring sauces that will make it hard to choose from. If you’re looking for something light the salad section would be a bonus.

Our specialty comes with FIRE. We choose our meats carefully selecting only premium steaks that are cooked in our CHARCOAL OVEN guaranteed to impress your tasted buds. Charred on the outside full of juice on the inside just like you love them.

We are situated on the second part of the promenade occupying vault 16 featuring a Red door that meant wine cellar warehouse back in the knight’s era.
